Very good, but not perfect by any means

We have two. They look good, and the main sections are quite solid, and would get more stars, BUT ours have been up 2 days and the middle of the back panel of one is no longer flush with the back of the shelves. (The back panels are relatively flimsy! Apart from the front lip, the shelves are quite thin.)

Some of the holes for the shelves are poorly drilled, the dowels don't fit properly.

Instructions were misleading - showing one type of screw and one type of dowel, but the bag actually contained two types of each - and assembley requires both types. In addition, the number of screws, dowels and nails listed did not match the number supplied.

One shelf was split before delivery. Top of one unit is scratched and scratch was polished over. Payless is replacing both items. Unfortunately only noticed the scratch once assembled, so replacing the top would probably damage the unit, as the back panel is fixed to it by nails.
