I honestly can say that I have NEVER been treated BETTER by any company in my entire life! You actually got the three shelves from Denmark without even increasing the delivery cost. The shelves came with an apology for the fact that these are not produced anymore and hoping the ones I got would be alright. According to the handwritten letter I got, there is some minor things wrong with them - never noticed these wrong things! :)

All in all, I would like to thank you for all the work, the way you treat your customers (me). Every single person I've dealt with have been extremely nice, from anyone in your offices in Manchester that I'd called on occasion, through delivery people delivering furniture in an upbeat manner as late as 11pm in the evening, to email contact with yourself. If all of this is not dedication to customer and human approach to business - I don't what is.

I will be recommending your company to anyone looking to buy furniture in the future.
