How do I place my order ?
To place your order simply choose your item by clicking on the + buy button. If you have selected items incorrectly these can be removed. When you have finished shopping simply click on the checkout button and enter your details and credit card information. This is all done via our secure server.
If you wish we can process your order for you over the telephone. Simply make a note of the items you wish to purchase and have your credit card details ready. Phone 0161 839 5534 and we will do the rest.
What method of payments do you accept ?
All transactions are processed via our fully secure order/checkout form and payment needs to be made with a major credit / debit card.
When will I receive my furniture ?
Once we receive your order you should receive a reply via email confirming your details are correct and that payment has been taken from your credit / debit card. You will then either be given a day for despatch or information regarding how long this may be. Most of our items are despatched within 2-3 working days. Items that are not in stock can take up to 3-4 weeks. This information is normally displayed in the product description.
Can I state when I would prefer my delivery ?
Yes, We despatch your furniture any week day ( Mon to Thurs ) so you will normally receive it the very next day before 5pm. Simply let us know which day you would like your delivery to arrive so we can despatch it on the correct day.
We however cannot guarantee or be held responsible if it does not arrive on this day. If you do not receive your delivery by 4pm please contact us so we can track your parcel`s and advise you accordingly.
How will my furniture arrive ?
Your furniture will arrive fully boxed and very well wrapped to protect it during transportation. Your items will normally be delivered by our couriers who are one of the UK's largest and most successful quick delivery parcel networks. We have now been dealing with this company for many years and they have proved to be the most realiable. In order for us to provide a low cost delivery service heavy items will require your assistance on delivery. This information is normally displayed in the product description.
What happens if some of my furniture is damaged or parts are missing ?
If you receive your furniture and there is any damage, defect or missing parts then we can simply provide you with that particular component. In most circumstances there is no need for the whole item to be replaced. Most of the products supplied are home assembly products; this makes it easy for us to send out the necessary component immediately either from ourselves or the manufacturer. This process allows a faster and simpler solution to the problem. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the correct component then a full replacement product will be dispatched and the damaged one collected at no cost.
Do you supply a warranty ?
All our products are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer`s warranty, provided that the manufacturer`s care and maintenance instructions have been followed. All timescales with respect to these warranties are calculated from the date of receipt of goods.
Are there any additional charges to add to your prices shown ?
All our prices shown are inclusive of any VAT and any delivery charges are shown clearly within the product descriptions and added towards the end of your transaction.
Do you provide help with the assembly of your flat pack furniture ?
Please feel free to contact us if you require any help or information with the assembly of your furniture. Because of the distance of most deliveries we, unfortunately, cannot provide a service throughout the whole country to assemble it for you. You could however contact someone who specialises in the assembly of flat pack furniture. One such company is the well known Flat Pack Amigos, see http://www.flatpackamigos.co.uk/. Please note this company is an independent company and we have no connection with them ourselves.
We do assemble our products but only within certain parts of the North West. Please check with us first if you live within this area for a competitive price.
I need to see the finish of your pine. Can you supply a wood sample ?
Yes. For most of our furniture we can post a small wood sample if you need to compare the finish with other furniture you may already have. Just email us with your details and the name of the furniture you require a sample for. We will then email you back to confirm when we can post it to you.
Are your prices really the best ?
Yes. When comparing prices we feel we are providing some of the most competitive prices around for furniture of this quality and style. We also provide a high level of service to all our customers. If you also take into account the extra savings made by shopping online ie no driving around, searching, arranging collection / delivery and the convenience of having the items delivered to your door at a very low delivery costs, or on many of our items for free, then we are sure you will agree this has to make purchasing our furniture the best value anywhere in the UK.
How safe are my personal details ?
We respect your privacy and have a strict company privacy policy. Your full details and email address will not be passed on to any third parties. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). Your credit card details are automatically erased from our database when your order is processed. We also have additional security checks in place to combat credit card fraud, by checking your card is being used by you, the actual card holder.
